About Us
Meet The Team
30,000 Hours is a student-led project initiated by a Felo Parlimen Malaysia alumni. Here, we envision a future where all students can attain an excellent education in the post-pandemic era.
Malaysian students study for 30,000 hours in their lifetime, therefore with this project, we aim to add value to these 30,000 hours by addressing the pandemic learning loss. We are committed to do this by developing students' self-leadership skills.

Our Approach
Restore access to learning by bridging the digital gap, to ensure that students have access to education in the post-pandemic era.
Develop students’ self-leadership skills, to ensure that they can be the leader of their own learning and positively influence others too.
Cultivate a positive environment for students to gain knowledge, to ensure that students will be resilient in pursuing their passion and will find the joy in learning.

Our Project Implementation
Monthly Workshop and Sharing Hub
A programme where we run interactive Zoom sessions, with the aim of developing students' self-leadership and preparing them to adapt to both online and physical learning.
We also connect them with role model students and industry leaders to share about their study and life journey.
Develop Yourself After SPM
We hope to help SPM leavers develop themselves and contribute to society, so we compiled a list of organisations/opportunities available nationwide. The list includes volunteering activities, internships and workshop, sorted according to interest, namely STEM, Social Impact/Advocacy, Tutoring, Scholarship and Leadership.
